Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting while administering medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed. Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans, collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants, ensuring compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies. Respond to changes in resident conditions and provide clinical leadership during your shift. Requires an active Illinois RN license and ability to work every other weekend. Full-time roles offer medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits; part-time positions include flexible scheduling and daily pay access.
Required Qualifications
