Job Summary
Coordinate health care services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Harc’s group homes and day programs; develop and coordinate comprehensive individualized nursing care plans; ensure DDS regulations and policies are followed; oversee medication administration and safety; conduct staff trainings and new employee orientation; perform and supervise nursing assessments and audits; maintain meticulous medical documentation; serve as an endorsed medication administration instructor and re-train staff as needed; travel between locations as required to support participants; strong emphasis on confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the State of Connecticut
- Associate's degree in nursing
