Registered Nurse - Hampton

Conduct in-home assessments and develop personalized care plans for clients transitioning to AmeriCare Plus In-Home Personal Care Agency. Coordinate admissions paperwork and ensure compliance with agency policies while communicating with families, caregivers, and physicians to maintain continuity of care. Support clients with compassion and clinical expertise during the admission process. This role requires an active Virginia RN license with at least one year of nursing experience, strong assessment skills, and reliable transportation. Located throughout the Orange area of Virginia, this position offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling.
