Job Summary
Conduct person-centred, relationship-focused care for residents while providing clinical oversight and case management within a consultative context. Educate and mentor care staff on clinical processes and decision-making, ensuring tailored support for individuals with dementia and other complex needs. Implement resident comfort protocols and maintain professional competence aligned with AHPRA registration standards. Work a night shift rotation (Tuesday–Thursday and Monday–Thursday, 9:00pm–7:00am) as a core member of the residential team. Join a not-for-profit organization with over 90 years of experience in aged care, dementia, and palliative services.
Required Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration
- 2-3 years experience in an Aged Care setting
- Knowledge & experience of people living with Dementia & their needs
- Possess strong admin and computer skills
- Flexible and able to commit to the Shift pattern
- All short-listed applicants will be asked to consent to a criminal record check
- Complete a NDIS Workers Screening Check

- Ideally 2-3 years experience in an Aged Care setting
