Registered Nurse - Gynecology, Part-Time - RN

Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model. Plan, implement, evaluate, and communicate all phases of care for assigned patients while providing leadership through preceptor roles and quality improvement efforts. Delegate patient care based on skill level, experience, and acuity. Possess excellent communication skills for mentoring and teaching; participate on committees or projects as needed. A subset of employees may be required to drive their personal vehicle. This role is part-time and eligible for TN sponsorship.
