Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Campbell Street, you will oversee the health and well-being of residents, implement care plans, and provide expert nursing care. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments of residents, developing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, supervising nursing staff, communicating with healthcare teams, maintaining accurate medical records, and responding to medical emergencies. Candidates should have an Associates degree in Nursing (ADN), an active RN license in Iowa, CPR and First Aid certification, and prior nursing experience, preferably in long-term care settings.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa
- CPR and First Aid certification (or must be obtained upon hire)
- Previous experience in a nursing role, preferably in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric care settings
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Additional certifications (e.g., wound care, IV therapy) may be required or preferred
