Registered Nurse - Greendale Urgent Care

The RN provides clinical support to the physician and mid-level providers, giving patient instructions as directed, and ensuring OSHA/CLIA/HIPAA compliance. Responsibilities include documenting patient history and preparing patients for exams, maintaining accurate patient charts, managing supplies in exam rooms, sterilizing equipment, assisting with the revenue cycle (verifications, waivers, encounter forms), coordinating referral processes, and collaborating with other departments in a team-based setting. Requires strong organizational skills, ability to work with doctors, administration, and patients, and proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint.
