Registered Nurse - Great Pay!

Registered Nurse provides direct patient care on the nursing unit, assesses and plans care, implements and evaluates care plans, and may supervise non-RN personnel. Responsibilities include acting as charge nurse, precepting new staff, and coordinating care with the healthcare team. Performs neuro-specific assessments and skills (neuro assessment, airway management, tracheostomy suctioning) and demonstrates knowledge in care for patients on ventilators, post-operative cardiothoracic care, and ICU/CTICU steps. Requires familiarity with the organization’s policies and procedures, and ability to educate patients and families. Unit-specific roles include care on Neuro/ICU-focused units such as Cardiac ICU, CTICU, and HVC Cardiovascular ICU, with opportunities for professional development and advancement.
