Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) sought for Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in Falcon, NC. Responsibilities include administering medications (oral, subcutaneous, IM, IV) as ordered, supervising nursing assistants and orderlies, assisting physicians with rounds, providing patient care during rounds and treatments, performing shift-appropriate treatments and documentation, maintaining infection control and universal precautions, assisting with nursing-care-related research, scheduling annual physicals for new admissions, and ensuring timely documentation. Requirements include nursing degree completion, active NC nursing license, CPR certification, ability to supervise staff, dependable and collaborative work ethic, and adherence to policy and regulatory standards. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

- Current, valid license from North Carolina Board of Nursing
