Job Summary
Perioperative Registered Nurse responsible for providing professional nursing care within the Operating Room in accordance with AORN standards. Utilizes the nursing process to assess surgical patients, develop individualized care plans, implement perioperative interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes across pediatric through geriatric populations. Ensures sterile technique, patient safety, equipment readiness, and interdisciplinary collaboration throughout the surgical continuum.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN License
- 2+ Years Operating Room Experience
- BLS & ACLS (AHA)
- Knowledge of AORN standards
- Strong perioperative clinical judgment
- EPIC or hospital EMR preferred
