Registered Nurse-GN (Non-Exempt)

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintains accountability for the provision of care for assigned patients. Evaluates care effectiveness of other direct care givers and coordinates patient care with other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality. Roles include applying Mercy Standards and contributing to the mission and values of Mercy through clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care. Requires standing and walking through shifts with physical requirements and completion of required certifications within specified timelines.
