Job Summary
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Education includes Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN, with licensure as an RN in the hiring state and/or compact licensure. Requires 1 year of experience. Certifications include Life support (BLS) current upon hire and aligned with Mercy policy within 90 days; CC requires ACLS, ED requires BLS/ACLS/PALS. Physical demands include pushing/pulling/lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing and walking, and the ability to bend, kneel, reach, twist, and squat.
