Job Summary
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care in a Mercy facility. Requires RN licensure in the hiring state or a compact license, with 1 year of experience. Education must include an RN program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Certifications include BLS; CC units require ACLS and PALS, while Med-Surg and Women's/Children units require BLS. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing and walking, and movements such as bending, kneeling, reaching, and twisting. Required Qualifications
