Job Summary
Self-schedule a minimum number of hours while maintaining flexibility for short-notice staffing needs and accepting last-minute shift cancellations. Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced environment with 4, 8, or 12-hour shifts available in day or night rotations. Maintain a current RN license and two years of recent bedside Emergency Nursing experience. Work where and when you want with variable shift incentives and a $40/hour base rate. Minimum one shift required every 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Must maintain a current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact state licensure and meet all applicable state board of nursing requirements
- Minimum two (2) years of recent bedside RN experience in Emergency Nursing within the last two years
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds regularly
- Prolonged standing and walking during shifts
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat while performing patient care duties
- Must be able to self-schedule a minimum number of hours
- Must maintain flexibility for short-notice staffing needs
- Must accept the possibility of last-minute shift cancellations
