Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate direct patient care activities for all age groups in the GI/Endoscopy unit. Monitor and coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort. Functions within the scope of nursing preparation consistent with the Missouri Nurse Practice Act, Mercy Code of Conduct, Mission, Values, and Service Standards. Requires a current RN license and American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card. Part-time Monday through Friday days.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state approved School of Nursing
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Meeting all state board of nursing requirements
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or completion of a course within probation period
