Registered Nurse Geri Psych Fulltime Nights

Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans for acute care patients in a hospital or inpatient/observation setting. Administer direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and patient safety protocols, while documenting all activities in a consistent manner. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and medical staff to manage unit goals, delegate tasks appropriately, and support new team members as a preceptor or educator. Provide compassionate care within the Hospital Care at Home program by conducting virtual visits via TeleHealth technology and traveling to patient homes to deliver equipment and medications. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, attend staff development, and participate in peer review and performance improvement committees. Requires current Alabama RN license, BLS/ACLS certifications, and reliable transportation for in-home duties.
