Job Summary
RN provides high-quality clinical care at Rochester Regional Health Urgent/Immediate Care centers in Geneva. Responsibilities include initial and ongoing patient assessment, communicating and documenting assessments with the interdisciplinary team, developing and documenting individualized plans of care, complying with safety and documentation protocols, and updating plans based on ongoing evaluations. Requires maintaining BLS, completing CRU form for Nursing Research, and meeting annual CEU requirements. Education includes AS in Nursing or Diploma; NYS RN license; BLS certification; BSN preferred. Schedule features 36 hours per week across 3 12-hour shifts (8:30am-9pm) with every-other weekend. Performs a range of non-life-threatening urgent care services, including rapid lab tests, vaccinations, and imaging as part of the department’s offerings. Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse license in New York State
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
