Job Summary
Registered Nurse - Neurology on a Part-Time Nights position at Mission Hospital’s A6 West Neurology unit, a 36-bed med-surg neuro telemetry setting focused on stroke care and an exclusive Epilepsy Monitoring Unit. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality, patient-centered care; administering prescribed medications; monitoring patient status and documenting care; educating patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up measures; coordinating with providers and care teams; and complying with nursing models and standards. Qualifications include BSN (Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing), Basic Cardiac Life Support and NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days of start date. The role offers relocation assistance and a generous sign-on bonus. Location: Clyde, NC (US) with part-time, night shift expectations. This is part of Mission Hospital, an HCA Healthcare facility in Asheville, NC.
