Registered Nurse - General Nurse / Telemetry Day Shift

Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Administer safe, accurate, and timely medications and IVs while ensuring complete and accurate patient information communication. Supervise assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to deliver age-appropriate care in accordance with unit standards. Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and take personal responsibility for professional growth and performance. Work 12X3 day shifts at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, a Magnet-designated hospital offering Level I Trauma and Stroke centers.
