Job Summary
Provide high quality nursing care to patients on the General Medical / Neuroscience Ward, utilizing a reflective, critical thinking, and evidence-based approach. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes and patient experiences. This role offers an opportunity to upskill in TSP Cardiac Care within a 15-bed Neurosciences Ward and an 8-bed Coronary Care Unit at Epworth Geelong. You will work within a highly skilled, supportive, and welcoming team committed to delivering excellence in patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration
- Relevant and relatable acute neuroscience experience
- Evidence of sound critical thinking and current practice
- Excellent communication
- Annual Influenza vaccination
- Satisfactorily clear a National Police Check
- Valid employee Working with Children Check
Desired Qualifications
- Postgraduate certificate in neuroscience
