Job Summary
Registered Nurse on a Med/Surg floor (night shift 7 pm–7 am) at Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center. Responsible for collaborating with physicians and the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care; delivering evidence-based, compassionate nursing care; ensuring a safe patient environment following the principles of First Do No Harm; contributing to teamwork, staff engagement, and community involvement; and supporting diversity and inclusion in care delivery. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active North Carolina nursing license (or multi-state/compact); 1 year of relevant experience preferred. Location: Brunswick Medical Center, Bolivia, NC. This is a full-time role aiming to provide high-quality, patient-centered care on the Med/Surg unit.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact
- One-year relevant experience preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
