Job Summary
Provide safe, effective, and patient-centered care while evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers and coordinating patient care collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. Perform duties in three distinct nursing roles: admitting nurse, circulating nurse in the procedure room, and recovery/discharge nurse. Support 50-60 daily procedures across outpatient and hospital procedural areas, serving high-risk outpatients, inpatients, and ED patients. Work 8-hour weekday shifts with an afterhours call rotation consisting of 4 weeknights and one weekend in a 10-week period. Maintain confidentiality, uphold patient rights, and apply guidelines and policies while communicating effectively with patients, staff, and the public.
Required Qualifications
