Registered Nurse - Future Opportunities

Conduct primary care of patients, verify needs, and monitor for complications to inform surgeons or anesthesiologists immediately. Execute pre/post-operative orders, coordinate care activities with medical staff, and document patient information and post-anesthesia care. Educate patients and families on post-operative care while organizing time, equipment, and supplies for management. Maintain order and cleanliness of postoperative areas, assist in inventory of supplies and drugs, and follow established HIPAA policies. Assume accountability for attendance and timely completion of mandatory training programs, unit-specific requirements, and unit meetings. Requires active RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and minimum one year of PACU experience.
