Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in a medical/physician office setting using the nursing process to optimize outcomes and maximize resources. Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on assessments, while collaborating across disciplines to coordinate transfers, discharges, and psychosocial support. Effectively delegate care to ancillary personnel and precept student nurses or new hires as needed. Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
- any relevant certification as determined at position level
- Minimum Experience: 6 months of nursing experience
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years experience
