Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in a medical/physician office setting using the nursing process, while planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans to optimize outcomes. Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient transfers, discharges, and referrals, and effectively delegate care to ancillary personnel. Precept student nurses and new hires as needed. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and 6 months of nursing experience are required, with a BLS certification and relevant certifications as determined at the position level. This full-time role involves 48 hours per pay period in a days shift, onsite only. Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
- any relevant certification as determined at position level
- Minimum Experience: 6 months of nursing experience
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years experience
