Job Summary
Registered Nurse needed for Mercy Hospital Saint Louis Float Pool. Provides patient care across multiple units, coordinates care with other departments, and adheres to nursing practice guidelines and hospital mission and ethics. Shift runs 11a–11p. Units include Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Medical Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown, Cardiac Telemetry, CVICU, Oncology, Neurology, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, ICU, and more. RN incentives include a $10,000 sign-on bonus, shift differential, tuition reimbursement up to $2,000/year, comprehensive benefits from Day One, and a $100/month Dependent Care FSA contribution. Requires active Missouri RN license and at least 1 year of acute care RN experience; BSN preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred)
- Current RN license in Missouri
- Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months must be within the past year)
