Job Summary
Registered Nurse – Full Time role as RN Charge Nurse responsible for overseeing resident care, observing and documenting condition changes, administering medications, coordinating with physicians, performing narcotic reconciliations, maintaining clinical records, ensuring care plan implementation, guiding aides, and initiating incident/accident reporting. Requires completion of an RN program at an accredited institution, active Texas RN license, and preferred experience in a skilled nursing facility. 2pm-10pm shift expectations may apply.
