Provide essential medical care to urgent care and occupational health patients, including physicals, drug screens, and injury care. Perform in-depth systematic assessments, formulate collaborative care plans, and document interventions in accordance with the care plan. Assist physicians as indicated, organize and prioritize patient care using available resources, and manage daily unit operations within budget parameters. Assign patient care responsibilities to the unit-based team and facilitate staff education activities such as orientation and skill reviews. Maintain awareness of unit budget goals and participate in performance improvement initiatives to support unit objectives.
