Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to assess physical, psychosocial, and environmental factors affecting patient health, then develop comprehensive care plans to achieve desired outcomes. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal personal care, medical care, and rehabilitation. Teach patients and caregivers regarding disease management while documenting their understanding and continuing needs. Requires an unencumbered current RN license in the state of practice, minimum one year of RN experience, and desirable home care experience. Located in Merritt Island, FL, this full-time role offers a sign-on bonus, pay ranging from $45 to $100 per visit, and benefits including insurance and a 401K match.
Required Qualifications
- Unencumbered current Registered Nurse license in the state where the HomeCare agency is located or compact state, if applicable
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a RN / professional nurse
