Job Summary
Registered Nurse – Full Time Nights in the Mercy Cassville ER. Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, coordinates patient care with other departments, and upholds Mercy Service Standards. Requires graduation from a nursing program (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN) and current RN licensure in the hiring state or a compact license, plus BLS and unit-specific certifications (ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, etc.). Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required; additional certifications may be required based on unit (ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, etc.)
- Prolonged standing and walking; ability to push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs; bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting, squatting
