Job Summary
Registered Nurse position in Mercy Cassville ER (Full Time, Nights). Responsibilities include using the nursing process to provide patient care, coordinating with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and ensuring care aligns with Mercy Standards. Requires graduation from an approved nursing program (AS, Diploma, or BSN) and an RN license in the applicable state or compact licensure; BLS is required, with potential unit-specific certifications (ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM) as dictated by the position. Required Qualifications
- Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with timeframe to obtain additional certifications as required by position/unit
- Possession or progression toward ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC/CPHON/OCN/BLS/PALS/PEARS/S.T.A.B.L.E./C-EFM as required by unit
