Job Summary
Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in Labor & Delivery in a high-volume maternity setting, with leadership responsibilities over the healthcare team; requires active RN licensure in Nevada and relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS or NRP) with BSN preferred and acute-care experience; position is full-time night shift.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Completion of a Specialty course or equivalent within 6 months of hire
- BSN preferred
- One-year acute care experience or completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months of hire
- Current RN license in the State of Nevada
- Current BLS Certification
- Current ACLS Certification (adult patients) or current PALS Certification (pediatric patients) or current NRP Certification (Neonatal patients) as required by department
- Other certification as may be required by facility, specialty, or department
