Job Summary
Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while demonstrating Service Excellence standards at all times. Oversee and guide employees under supervision. Maintain current RN license in Nevada, BLS certification, and ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications as required by department. Complete a specialty course within six months of hire. Full-time night shift position with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Completion of a Specialty course or equivalent within 6 months of hire
- One-year acute care experience
- Successful completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months of hire
- Current RN license in the State of Nevada
- Current BLS Certification
- Current ACLS Certification (adult patients)
- Current PALS Certification (pediatric patients)
- Current NRP Certification (Neonatal patients)
- Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility
