Maintain accurate, complete health care records and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions. Administer medications to patients while monitoring for side effects and reactions. Prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments as needed. Record patient vital signs and medical information, then assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans by collaborating with healthcare team members. Monitor patients for various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities and consult with providers to support treatment. Perform other related duties as assigned. Full-time night shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
