Registered Nurse-Full-Time- Night shift- MedSurg

Coordinate delivery of quality nursing care for acute respiratory patients on the 12-bed Pulmonary Unit, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within the new Main Tower. Provide clinical care as census demands, functioning alongside hospitalists, pulmonologists, and respiratory therapists to address both acute and chronic respiratory issues. Maintain standards of practice, coordinate patient care activities for assigned staff, and communicate departmental issues and staff concerns to appropriate leaders. Serve as a resource for guidance and assistance to the team while adhering to organizational policies and procedures. Full-time night shift (7pm-7am) with sign-on bonus and specialty differential available.
