Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for surgical, trauma, and medical patients on a 29-bed med-surg floor. Manage complex cases involving GI surgeries, vascular procedures, and stabilized trauma admissions with multiple injuries or drains. Coordinate patient care activities for all assigned staff while maintaining standards of practice within organizational policies. Provide care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, functioning within the framework of the hospital's policies and procedures.
