Registered Nurse-Full-Time- Night shift- MedSurg

Coordinate quality nursing care for acute respiratory patients on the 12-bed Pulmonary Unit, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs while collaborating with hospitalists and respiratory therapists. Manage operational issues during the full-time night shift from 7pm to 7am, maintaining standards of practice and coordinating care activities for assigned staff. Serve as a resource for guidance to the team, communicating patient care and departmental concerns to appropriate leaders within the state-of-the-art Main Tower. Current Georgia RN license, BLS certification, and one year of hospital experience required; two years preferred with a Bachelor's degree.
