Registered Nurse - full-time night shift

Conduct individualized nursing care for residents using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate care, perform resident assessments, and provide education while collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues and families. Serve as charge nurse to delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within the Nurse Practice Act and state standards. Manage preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment phases for residents in a Christian, not-for-profit senior housing environment. Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation with 12-hour night shifts.
