Registered Nurse - full-time night shift

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for residents. Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and deliver education while collaborating with interdisciplinary providers. Serve as charge nurse when assigned to delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within the Nurse Practice Act. Deliver preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment interventions across all phases of resident care. Requires an unencumbered RN license, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation on 12-hour night shifts.
