Job Summary
Coordinate and provide medical care for persons served, including injections, blood draws, catheter changes, and wound care; ensure medications/treatments are properly administered; interpret and apply the Individual Risk Management Plan; train unlicensed personnel on the Medication Administration Program; respond to emergencies and provide information to supervisors; maintain DHS background clearance and valid driving credentials; RN licensure and CEU/competency requirements are required; on-site nursing role at Prairie Community Services in Marshall, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Currently holds an unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license with the Minnesota State Board of Nursing and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- Completes required continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements of PCS
- Must pass DHS background clearance
- Must have valid driver’s license and meet company driving criteria
- Must be able to read, write, communicate and understand the English language while conducting company business
