Job Summary
Diagnose and treat responses to actual and/or potential health problems through case finding, direct patient care, health teaching, and counseling. Administer high-quality nursing care to dialysis patients while utilizing Standards of Clinical Practice for Nephrology Nursing. Coordinate patient care using the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Implementation, Evaluation) and communicate with the clinical care coordinator regarding patient conditions and treatment tolerance. Assist with maintenance of dialysis machinery. Requires New York State RN license, one year dialysis experience, and BLS certification. Full-time position at $48.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits including 401k matching, health insurance, and extensive paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- New York State RN License
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program
- 1 year experience as a Dialysis RN
- BLS Certification
