Job Summary
Administer high-quality nursing care to dialysis patients while utilizing the Nursing process to coordinate assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Diagnose and treat responses to actual or potential health problems through case finding, direct patient care, health teaching, and counseling. Work under supervision of the clinical care coordinator or charge nurse to ensure safe and effective dialysis treatments, communicating regularly regarding patient conditions and tolerance. Assist with maintenance of dialysis machinery and apply Standards of Clinical Practice for Nephrology Nursing. Requires New York State RN license, one year dialysis experience, and BLS certification. Full-time role with $50/hour pay, 401k matching, and extensive paid time off.
Required Qualifications
