Job Summary
Manage resident well-being by assessing needs, administering medication, and implementing individualized care plans at Sunnyview Manorfield. Lead the unit by coaching staff, ensuring clinical standards, and handling CQC tasks while working alone during night shifts from 8pm to 8am. Maintain safety by monitoring practices against relevant legislation and providing critical guidance to the care team.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
- valid NMC pin
- previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard
- Effective communication and reporting skills
- strong critical thinking skills
- confidence and self-reliance with the ability to manage care staff
- ability to remain calm in an emergency situation
