Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) position at Healogics involves providing patient care, managing intake and discharge processes for Wound Care Center patients. Responsibilities include performing nursing assessments, documenting care plans, evaluating patient status, and serving as a patient advocate. Qualified candidates will possess an ADN, hold a current RN license, and demonstrate competency in Basic Life Support. Preferred qualifications include a BSN and wound care experience. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Current RN license in the state of practice – to be maintained throughout the duration of employment in the position
- Demonstrated competency in BLS (Basic Life Support)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Medical Surgical, Home Health or Wound Care Certification preferred
- Wound care experience preferred
