Job Summary
Identify, assess, and monitor patients' health conditions while administering medications and providing treatment according to physician's orders. Deliver a high standard of care by serving as the primary source of medical information for patients and caregivers, ensuring all treatments and medications are fully documented in health records. Provide health education, medication review, healthcare coordination, and specialist referrals to support patient wellness within our modern, secure facility offering 24-hour skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's of science degree (or equivalent) in nursing
- Licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Ability to communicate in more than one language
