Job Summary
Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care through the nursing process, developing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff. Communicate clinical condition changes to physicians, supervisors, and co-workers while participating in discharge planning. Requires current state licensure as a Registered Nurse, BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, and inpatient rehabilitation experience. Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross
- Online certification is not acceptable
