Maintain accurate, complete health care records and reports while recording patient vital signs and medical information. Administer medications to patients, monitor them for side effects and reactions, and report any changes in patient conditions. Prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments as needed. Assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans by collaborating with healthcare team members. Monitor and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions to ensure timely intervention. Perform other related duties as assigned.
