Maintain accurate, complete health care records and reports while administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions. Assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members, and monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions. Record patient vital signs and medical information, and prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments as needed. Provide education to patients and perform other related duties as assigned. This Registered Nurse role is based full-time days at Atlantic Health's Newton Medical Center Cardiac Cath Lab.
