Registered Nurse (Full Time Clinic Manager - Day Shift)

Job Summary
Conduct daily rounds with physicians and staff to coordinate patient care, supervise nursing personnel, and ensure safe, complication-free environments. Schedule and lead unit activities, manage overtime requests, and complete monthly staff schedules while preventing nosocomial infections. Collaborate with charge nurses, unit champions, and the clinical educator to establish care standards, audit outcomes, and resolve operational issues. Maintain equipment safety, conduct emergency preparedness reviews, and initiate team conferences to revise care plans. Requires BLS certification, RN licensure, and acute care experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- Two years' experience of acute care nursing in hospital setting
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- National specialty certification in area of expertise or in nursing administration
- Facility Specific License/Certifications
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
