Registered Nurse (Full Time Clinic Manager - Day Shift)

Create a safe, complication-free environment for whole person care while maintaining a highly visible presence on the unit. Schedule, lead, and coordinate daily activities for a defined unit, directing nursing and ancillary personnel to optimize functional independence. Conduct daily rounds with physicians to coordinate patient care, initiate team conferences to revise care plans, and monitor critical processes through audits and incident reports. Establish standards of care, resolve operational issues, and complete monthly staff schedules with minimal short staffing. Authorize overtime as needed and work with facility services to ensure equipment safety and prevent nosocomial infections.
